Leica have a great resource available called Leica myWorld. This is a secure online database containing information and software to manage your own individual equipment.
How it works:
When you receive your new Leica gear, enter the new equipment into your company account to have access to all the software, manuals and drivers that you might need. As a customer of CR Kennedy you must select the box ‘I am a customer of a dealer’ when first registering on myWorld. The site can be used by individual customers and large companies who often using a common account to allow all surveyors to access the information.
You can access the website at any time and download files including firmware directly. Don’t forget that you need a current customer care package to install the latest software.

I cannot see all my equipment in myWorld
> If one of your items is missing from your list add it by choosing Add new product.
I have downloaded the new software but when I try and install it I get a message saying my CCP is out of date?
> When you view your product in myWorld you can see the CCP date so don’t forget to check this before you download!If you need a new CCP the CRK sales team can order one straightaway.
I have bought a new app for my equipment and need the new license key to open it
> Select your product in myWorld and there is a button to ‘Download keys’. Once you have downloaded your key save it to the system folder of your SD card and navigate to it when you need to upload your key onto your equipment.
I want to try out the office software Infinity but I can’t see it on my list as I have not bought it yet
> At the bottom of the page you can choose Add Product, choose Sample product and find the software you want or even hardware you wish to view the manuals of. Once the software is in your list you can download it and then request a demo license by emailing CRK support > surveysupportstaff@crkennedy.com.au
