Tip#1 How to import a Captivate job into Liscad


If you need assistance you can phone your sales representative as the first step, but you are also welcome to come straight to the support team. By phoning direct into your local CRK office your call is passed to the support team. You may also contact support via the email especially if its outside normal hours – if someone is free we will call or email you back.

Although we each have a comprehensive knowledge of the Leica products if you phone with a curly question you may be diverted to a specialist in another state. You might phone Melbourne but end up talking to a scanning specialist in Queensland or phone WA and end up in Melbourne.

Knowledge is shared and developed we have decades of experience between us.

If we cannot help you then we use our direct communication path to Leica and will escalate your issue until we get an answer. This direct link to Leica support and development also enables us to share the wishes and specific requirements of the Australian market with the Swiss development team.
