Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential clients in the construction, survey, industrial, manufacturing and concrete industries who can benefit from the HP Site Print Robot.

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive adoption of the product within the market.

Build and maintain strong relationships with construction companies, surveyors, architects, and project managers.

Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to showcase the capabilities and advantages of the HP Site Print Robot.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and sales campaigns tailored to the construction sector.

Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our product.

Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction.

This position will require regular local and interstate travel. The successful applicant will be based in either Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne and would be expected to work closely with the local national HP Manager.
Qualifications:
-
Proven survey experience and proficiency with survey technology such as Leica Total Stations, preferably in the construction, land surveying, or infrastructure sectors.

Knowledge of construction industry and processes, especially field engineering and layout is highly desirable.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.

Results-oriented mindset with a work ethic suitable for meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn about new products and technologies.

Must be willing and able to learn skills to become proficient at using and demonstrating technical equipment such as the HP Site Print and survey Total Stations, and associated software solutions.

Previous experience and/or knowledge of common Building Construction related software including BricsCAD and AutoCAD is highly desired.

Must be proficient with Microsoft Office. Experience with Pronto or other sales/CRM software is desirable.

Experience working with, and selling to, building construction contractors and calling on jobsites is preferred.

Strong time management and prioritization skills are required.

Candidates must be self-starters and highly motivated. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills and be able to work independently and as part of a selling team.

A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel interstate and to client sites as required.
