GeoSight CALS Scanner with 110m Winch
Toughest CMS scanner on the market
The GSM-16 is a borehole cavity monitoring system (CMS) that is designed to fit into a 3″ or larger borehole. Used to scan previously inaccessible voids in old mines, operating mines and civilian sewer systems. All of which are accessible with the Geosight GSM.
Versatile
Used to scan historical mines and operating mines for infrastructure inspections or safety concerns, or to scan inaccessible sewer galleries, the GSM-16 is a powerful tool. Equipped with lights, a camera and a solid state LIDAR, it can be used for a variety of mining jobs.
GSM-16 system features
- STANDARD OUTPUT: Easily export to DXF or Point Cloud
- LIDAR SCANNER: Scan 16° in a single pass, faster and more accurate than ever before!
- SELF ORIENTING: Maintains scanner orientation and positional accuracy using IMU technology and dead reckoning.
- MOTORISED DEPLOYMENT: Lower with a small, motorised winch or push upward with solid fiberglass rodder.
- LIGHTS/CAMERA/ACTION: See it all live as the scanner is deployed.
- 65mm DIAMETER: Fits in standard NQ, HQ drill holes or any 3” borehole.
